Terms & conditions.

Quotes & orders
Every order starts with a quote. Quotes are itemised — base jersey, coloured panels, laces, numbering, name printing and setup — and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
An order is confirmed when the deposit shown on your quote or deposit invoice is paid. Deposits are typically 50% of the order value; the remaining balance is due before your order is dispatched.
Prices are quoted in US dollars. Quantities below the stated minimum (10 garments) may be subject to adjusted pricing.
Designs, proofs & approvals
For pro-design orders, a dedicated designer prepares a digital proof based on your brief. You review the proof through your account on this site and either approve it or request changes.
Your order moves to production only after you approve the final proof. Once approved, changes to the design, sizing or quantities may incur additional costs or delay production.
You confirm that you hold the rights to any logos, names, crests or artwork you supply to us. We will not knowingly reproduce material that infringes third-party rights.
Production & delivery
Jerseys are made to order. Standard production time is 4–5 weeks from final proof approval, excluding delivery time. Indicative dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Delivery timelines and costs are confirmed on your invoice. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
Made-to-order goods & cancellations
Because every garment is personalised and produced to your specification, orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled and are exempt from the statutory right of cancellation that applies to off-the-shelf goods.
If production has not yet started, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend or cancel your order. Deposits covering work already carried out may be non-refundable.
Faults & our liability
If a garment arrives faulty or does not match the approved proof, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or remake the affected items at no cost to you.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any dispute arising from them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the US courts.
